A consumer is considered to be a natural person who acts in their own name and for purposes that do not fall within their commercial, business, craft, or freelance professional activity.<\/p><p>Orders and deliveries pertain to and are made within the territory of Greece, and transactions will be conducted in the Greek language. Customers outside the territory of Greece are kindly requested to refer to the K\u00e4rcher online-shops in their own country (information available at www.karcher.com).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1ed5897 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1ed5897\" data-element_type=\"section\" id=\"logariasmoi\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1e603a2\" data-id=\"1e603a2\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c305bf8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c305bf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 2<BR>\nConclusion of a Sales Agreement for Products<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-eb59e66\" data-id=\"eb59e66\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8c8cf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8c8cf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The counterparty of the customer is the company with the trade name <strong>&#8216;PALAIOLOGOS P. &amp; SIA O.E.&#8217;<\/strong>, which is referred to below as <strong>&#8216;K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p><p>The products offered and displayed on the online shop (devices, accessories, cleaning products for private use, etc.) constitute a non-binding offer for the customer to place a purchase order. The customer is informed about the availability of the products through corresponding indications. The website of the online store includes products that are available and products marked as &#8216;currently unavailable.&#8217; Additionally, product offers displayed on the online store are always valid until the stock is exhausted.<\/p><p>Items can be selected from the offered products, which will be added to the shopping cart, and then the order will be placed with <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong>. Before submitting the order, the customer has the option to review all order details (e.g., product description, quantity &#8211; number of ordered items, customer name, address, payment method) and make any necessary changes. As soon as the customer clicks on the &#8216;place order&#8217; section (box) with the indication &#8216;order submission,&#8217; the customer provides <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong> with a binding offer for the conclusion of the sales agreement. The receipt of the customer&#8217;s order is immediately confirmed with an electronic message (email) as an order confirmation. The aforementioned order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the customer&#8217;s offer. The sales contract is concluded and becomes effective upon the dispatch of the ordered item to the customer. Before sending the product, an email is sent to the customer confirming the shipment, which is attached to the sales invoice or invoice.<\/p><p>The customer can print or save the contents of the order immediately after submitting the order. Additionally, the customer can view this information by selecting the &#8216;MyK\u00c4RCHER&#8217; section. With the confirmation of the customer&#8217;s order, access to the terms of the agreement, including the general terms of transaction, is provided to the customer, which are made available and remain at the customer&#8217;s disposal.<\/p><p><strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong> is entitled to limit the quantity\/pieces of the order to the usual amount for household use. This applies to both the pieces of the ordered items based on the same order and multiple orders (consecutive or not) of the same items, the quantity and pieces of which exceed the usual amount for household use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-eb710d5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"eb710d5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-903ac72\" data-id=\"903ac72\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6c6755 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d6c6755\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ARTICLE 3<BR>\nRight of Withdrawal Information<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3cfbe4f\" data-id=\"3cfbe4f\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-910240f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"910240f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1. Customer&#8217;s Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><br \/>In every distance selling contract concluded through the online-shop electronic store, the customer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, verbally or in writing, within fourteen (14) calendar days pursuant to Article 3 of Law 2251\/1994 on consumer protection. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the aforementioned fourteen (14) calendar days begin for goods from the day of their receipt and for services from the date of the conclusion of the corresponding contract.<\/p><p>The consumer-customer exercises the right of withdrawal by notifying it in writing or by any other durable medium made available to the recipient-supplier company for the latter to become aware of the withdrawal. Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><br \/>The consumer-customer is obliged to return the product in its original condition within 14 calendar days from the day on which he\/she informed <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong> of his\/her decision to withdraw from the contract, bearing only the cost of returning the product. Specifically, the products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received by the customer, unused. In all cases, the return of the product must be made with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g., purchase receipt such as a retail receipt, accompanying documents, etc.) with all its accessories and packaging in perfect condition. In the event of product return, and provided that the products have been previously received and inspected by <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong>, the refund to the customer will be made with the care of <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong>. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had selected the option &#8216;pick up from the store,&#8217; the refund will be made to the customer by the store from which the returned product was collected. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong> has the right to refuse the return of the products, which should have been returned in their original condition, thereby excluding the consumer&#8217;s right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer as described above, <strong>K\u00e4rcher Center Palaiologos<\/strong> is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer within 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer was informed of the consumer&#8217;s decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 3\u03b8 of Law 2251\/1994. For shipments of goods weighing 30 kg and above, the shipping cost will be determined after consultation.<\/p><p>For the delivery of products to customers within Attica (excluding the islands of the Argosaronic Gulf), shipping costs of \u20ac10.00 apply. Shipping costs are communicated to the customer before they place their order. In cases where the value of the order exceeds \u20ac150.00 including VAT, no shipping costs will be charged.<\/p><p>For shipments to provinces, the delivery to the customer&#8217;s agent is covered by our company.
